Keith began working as a part time Door Supervisor, whilst serving with the British Army. On leaving the Army in 1999, he has remained operational within the Security Industry in a variety of areas including:

​

Door Supervision, Event Security Response Teams, Tour Management, NHS Security, Asset Protection, Hotel Security, Border Agency Detainee / Deportee Overseas Escorting and The National Eviction Team (Protestor Evictions).

​

In 2006, after certifying as a Use of Force Instructor he formed Invictus Risk Management. Since that time he has trained and certified under various Use of Force Training Organisations in the UK & USA.

• BTEC Level 3 Conflict Management Trainer Award

• BTEC Level 3 Award for Deliverers of Physical Intervention Training in the Private Security Industry
