Keith Butchard - IRM Founder and Lead Training Consultant

​

Keith began working as a part time Door Supervisor, whilst serving with the British Army. On leaving the Army in 1999, he has remained operational within the Security Industry in a variety of areas including:

​

Door Supervision, Event Security Response Teams, Tour Management, NHS Security, Asset Protection, Hotel Security, Border Agency Detainee / Deportee Overseas Escorting and The National Eviction Team (Protestor Evictions).

​

In 2006, after certifying as a Use of Force Instructor he formed Invictus Risk Management. From 2008 to 2013 he trained with Blauer Tactical Systems and certified as a Personal Defence Readiness Coach and S.P.E.A.R. System Instructor. Since 2014 he has trained with various Use of Force / Defensive Tactics Instructors in both the UK and the United States. He is a member of both the Combatives Association and the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association (ILEETA).
